For lithium batteries, we cannot control the way they will be used, charged, discharged or stored after purchase, lunarpods.com offers no warranty to lithium battery/batteries or any type of rechargeable batteries, separate or contained within the device, other than the battery working correctly upon first charge. We are not responsible for any damages for any type of batteries due to the cause of usage or short-circuited. Please make sure that you understand how lithium and rechargeable batteries as well as devices that contain lithium rechargeable devices work. Use them at your risk. These products contain a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. 

We recommend that you do intense research on each product before purchasing. Please make sure you know how to learn all the safety rules for all batteries, rebuildable atomizers, advanced devices or any other products that we sell. Due to the nature of these products, they are not guarantee in term of leaking and other variables such as taste, vapor production and more. Participation Disclaimer 

Lunar Pods cannot and does not revise all communication and content posted by users who access our site. We are not responsible for the materials users have created. Despite that, www.lunarpods.com ensures the right to block or dismiss communications that are abusive, fraudulent, misleading, in defying of a copyright, trademark, which is inadmissible to www.lunarpods.com to our own discretion.

Your LunarPods.com Account 

When you use this site, you are responsible for maintain the confidentially of your account as well as your password. You agree to accept all responsibility for the activities that occur within your account and password. LunarPods.com and all of LunarPods.com’s parent are not responsible for any misuse of your account. LunarPods.com only sell to legal age and adults of smoking age, who can purchase using credit card or any type of payments. Shipping and Handling 

There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible with processing priority to customers with paid shipping. After the processing period, an email tracking will automatically send out when the package is ready for shipment and sent to USPS for shipping deliveries. All shipping transit times are estimated delivery time and not guaranteed. 

Due to high volumes of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Lunar Pods and must be resolved by contacting USPS directly. 

In some instances, large orders of high value are subject to be shipped out with Signature Confirmation at delivery by USPS. This ensure the package is safely delivered to the correct destination. if you have any questions regarding high value orders, please email our Customer Service team and we will assist you immediately. 

Risk of Loss 

All of your purchases from www.LunarPods.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 

Term and Termination 

When accessing this site or completing registration or shopping access, you are application to all of these terms and conditions. LunarPods.com may terminate these terms and conditions, or any part of them, without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination. 

Return/Refund Policy 

Here at Lunar Pods, customer satisfaction is absolutely important to us. If the item you have purchased from us is defective when you receive it, you have 30 days to return it to us from the date it was shipped to you. For safety and sanitary reasons, we will not accept the return of the following items: RBA, RDA, cartomizers, atomizers, drip tips, juice, and batteries. If you have any further questions regarding this policy, do not hesitate to contact us through our “Contact Us” page. 

Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent or applied to past purchases. The Reward Points can only be used towards a future purchase at www.LunarPods.com. 

International Orders 

All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, and VAT fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Lunar Pods is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stop by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties. In other words, as a consumer who chooses to purchase and have products shipped to a country outside of the United States, you are taking responsibility for your purchase, and acknowledging that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments. Please contact your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regards to electronic batteries and vaping products. 

Typographical Errors 

In the event that LunarPods.com is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, typos or any information regarding to any product or any page, LunarPods.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LunarPods.com reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LunarPods.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LunarPods.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account. 

Sales Tax 

In accordance with applicable law, Lunar Pods collects sales tax on orders shipping within or to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, evada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington, DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Lunar Pods is not responsible for additional taxes and tariffs on international shipments. 

Battery Warning 

Caution: When working or handling with all rechargeable batteries, there are always risk due to its characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled. Please make sure that you have enough knowledge on Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable cells in charging, discharging, assembly, storing as well as under any circumstances. Always pay carefully attention when batteries are being charged. Never leave any batteries or chargers unattended while in use. Always charge batteries on fire-proof surface and prevent charging on wood or carpet surface. LunarPods.com is not responsible for any damage of any modification to the batteries or charges in any shape or form. We are not responsible for the damage of any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable batteries.
